<p dir="auto">I can't for the life of me find North Dakota loitering laws, ive tried the ND legislature website, searched their statutes, as well as the judicial website, and found nothing on loitering other than soliciting sex...anyone know where to find a more detailed and non-sexually oriented description of loitering laws for North Dakota?</p>

<p dir="auto">yes, that stuff is all very obvious....but if there isnt any no loitering signs then there shouldnt be a problem....but yes it is common courtesy to ask for permission....its just kinda funny to ask for permission to park in a parking lot.</p>

its more of a loitering offense to just sit in a parking lot rather then park, go inside, shop and leave that gets us kicked out.</p>

Plus it's a better location, although we have gotten kicked out of there before a few years back, i think a few times last year as well.</p>
