I believe it has a cold solder joint as some mornings when it's cool out the amp won't work, but after taking a blow dryer to it for a couple seconds it'll kick in and start working. I've talked to TJamz on the matter and he said it'd probably be something that Genes TV repair could handle if brought in to them. Right now i'm just sick of dealing with the amp and want it gone so I can replace it with a new one. I've had it for about 4 months now, and when it actually works, it works great!
After talking around with people i'm putting the price at $100. MSRP is $280, i'll 1/2 that for being used, and take another 40 off for being defective. Keep in mind that i'm in no real hurry to sell this amp and don't really NEED to, it's just a convenience thing for me...ie, no lowball offers.

Don't mind those yellow/red wires hanging there. I had to use 4 wires to hold the amp in place so it wouldn't slide around and get all banged up in the trunk...they wern't connected to anything other than being tied to my amp and frame.
