The front fenders scrape on the rubber when I hit bumps and I'd like that to stop. I really don't want to add spring spacers because I like where it sits now.

I've seen pictures of people using that roller thing, but nothing that resembles a serious "flaring" of the fender. I basically need it to come up and out.

What's the best way to do this? Who or where could it be done?

it sounds like what he needs is more extensive than that.

sounds to me like you're going to need a body shop or something with bodywork experience - and I'm not even sure you'll get the fender out far enough with the metal that's there.

A ot of body shops will heat and roll fenders with a device that is basically a bar with a roller on one end and a piece to fit directly onto your axle on the other. Just go to a body shop and tell them what you want to do. they'll tell you what they can do, then you compramise/cry.
Thats good advise it is possible to do on your own but trust me the results are never what you want. Talk to andre down at intense collision i think they do a lot of custom work as he has a 55 GMC pick up and my drivers are always talking about some sweet old muscle cars he has in the shop. I tried the baseball bat thing on a 88 TC drift car and it was a mess cost my boss about $3000 to get it looking right again.
