<![CDATA[Sirius or XM?]]>I'm buying my mom satellite Radio for her birthday, and I have to decide whether to get her sirius or xm. I know I like sirius, but she listens to classical, 70s, 80s, and country. Opinions? Also, does anyone have a used sattelite radio reciever they arent using anymore?

I have had them 3 times since their debut. Keep in mind how much bigger Sirius plans on going. They have offered to buy out XM by informing them that the offer is on the table and staying.

I got pissed off because they sounded like a record on most of their channels. That and the commercials. But that was a long time ago they have gotten better. Alot of people complained im guessing.

I been running sirius for acouple of years. Im pretty happy some channels sound like a record. But with 100 channels you can always switch and fine something else.

You cant go wrong with either one.

Go to Best Buy or somewhere and check out both of them and pick one based on which has the better programming for what she likes.
