I dont think they can check for that / arrest you for anything but checking for DUI during a check point

It's funny how they get mad @ that when some people consider it to be "forgot the name for it" -- Whatever it means when the cop is completely hiding and pulls you over when you do something wrong yet u can't see em.. I'm sure someone knows the definition, can't think of it off the top of my head.
