This guy put a supercharged, pushrod, all aluminum V8 in place of an inline 6. The entire car after all of the mods and the engine swap is some 70 pounds lighter. Double the stock power using a lighter package. Read the about page and it explains everything.

I watched a video I found on the site, and it ran 11.4...nothing to complain about but damn, you could make the original engine run that fairly easily.
