<![CDATA[external wastgate]]>ok how do i hook my external wastgate up i have the tial 38mm what do the 2 air fittings go to (i was thinkin boost controler?) and the flange on the wastgate that doesnt bolt to the manifold does that just act as in external dump?

no i know what the exhaust flange's are for but the vac port on the very top there is another on the back side of the wasegate

The vacuum port on the top of it is hooked up to your boost controller, which in turn is hooked up to a source of boost/vacuum(Intake manifold, compressor housing, etc)...
