<![CDATA[Back to square 1 on the coupe]]>Well, after trading the mint shell to kyle, a duelly decided to hit it so i got it back and am at square one except for suspension. Heres how it sits, i am currently removing every unneeded wire, piece of insulation, rubber, and sound deadening since it is a track car now caues i dont wanna fix the 1/4s and worry about an interior.

I know its a project so i dont need people telling me its not worth it and it needs too much work...

Building a car is one thing, making it competitive is quite another. Not to mention liscense fees, transportation, pit crew (you WILL NOT do it alone), and last but not least.... driving ability. I've already checked into something like this before and done the math. Oh btw, you better have a VERY understanding employer. You will miss out on work.

I'm not trying to deter you. If you can make it happen, then more power to you. But, I think you may want to really check into it before you jump in head first. Go to some of the events and ask some questions from people who know. Good luck to ya.
