Most of the time, same day service. Like Tjamz said, you'll likely receive a huge discount or "refund" on your bill. I haven't ever had horrible service from them and when I did have a bad connection with the internet, they came out and found a bad splitter that they installed. No complaints from me other than being kinda spendy. Nothing you really can do about that tho around here.

But that's because I believe since I have it going thru a router that I haven't set a static IP, so it switches or something like that from time to time. Not 100% sure, other than that, seems to normally be fine for me.
