(granted there are several "groups" that can make an employee fall into this category)

But, once again the cost of living is low, so I can't complain too much.

I couldn't believe that the annual average salary is only 32k, even with the low cost of living (being the annual average salary in the US is 40,409, that's quite a significant difference)

At least there is something both states DON'T do that we should all love. I've heard rumors that some states do this weird Emissions Testing on vehicles or something...never heard of that in our 2 states though.
