Its Prettty Obvious If You Are In The Wrong Gear. If He Was Cruising On 13th He Was Going At Least 35-40 Im Sure So Why Would Being In 3rd Make No Power? My
3rd Gear Would Pull Just Fine At That Speed. I Would Say Being In
3rd Is Not A Bogging Feeling. Does It Just Feel Not As Fast Or Like It Just Fell On Its Face? My Guess Is Misfire.

Something like that is my guess.
