MS should have had an HDMI port built in from the start, its no surprise they are adding one now.

120gb hard drive is an after thought following the success of media downloads (TV shows, HD Movies) on XBOX live market place.

The 65nm CPU allows them headway to produce the CPU cheaper for eventual price cuts.

Its more like Revision B rather then version 2
