WHY THE FUCK DO PEOPLE FEEL THE NEED TO DRIVE 10MPH or MORE LESS THAN THE SPEED LIMIT?!?!?! Every fucking day I drive 2 or 3 round trips to NDSU from my house in south Moorhead and I have come to the realization that nobody knows what the fuck speed limits are. On the way home from lifting tonight I was on a two lane highway posted at 50MPH...the two fuckwads in front of me taking up both lanes were not only driving the same speed as each other BUT the two fuckfaces were driving 35 GODDAMN MILES AN HOUR. FUck you people, seriously. I hope you fucking die if you drive like that, and I hope it's painful as hell and all your family members get some skin eating virus that slowly kills them. I'm sick of all these fuckups that still exist because Darwinism doesn't always kill off the idiots. Drive the goddamn posted speed limit or don't drive at all, I don't give a fuck how icy it is (sorta). If there are multiple lanes and you feel the urge to drive 30% of the posted speed then get as far over to the right as you possibly can, preferably in a ditch. GOASIDPJOASIDHASPOIFHASPODIASJ DA fucking people...

I feel a little better now...thank you for letting me waste your time.

There are situations where I feel 15mph is too fast, even on dry pavement, although I can't think of any spots like that in Fargo (driving around Munich comes to mind....which has many 20-25kph zones)

Of course, if there are people behind me that obviously want around me, i pull over and let them pass me. This happens most commonly when I am driving through a neighborhood of old houses and am checking them out or something. In this case, I'll go slower than the posted limit, both so I can see the buildings, and because I am not focusing solely on my driving so it isn't safe for me to be going any faster. If someone pulls up behind me and is clearly in a hurry, I'll pull over and let them around me. Less stressful for everyone.

The best driving policy is to not make anyone else alter their behavior. I can't say I always live up to it, but I generally try. I get impatient with people that can't decide what lane they're going to choose and are going too slowly, and occasionally will pass them in the lane that they decide (too late) that they want to be in. This only upsets them because not only do they not know what they're doing, but they also can't be bothered to look in their mirrors - they have extremely poor situational awareness. You can often tell when another driver isn't thinking as fast as they need to be because their inputs are jerky and delayed, or they make unnecessary movements.

Not screwing with other people means getting out of the way of people that want to overtake you, and not tailgating people that are infront of you. The traffic density in Fargo is low enough that there's little excuse for inconveniencing other people.

Some asshole in his escalade blew through from the side traffic and cut me way off and it pissed the hell out of me, lucky for me I was in my bonneville. I sped up to him in the left lane and there was a car right in front of me leaving JUST enough space for me to cut in front of him without clipping him so I did and then sped up and slammed on my brakes really quick. He flipped his lights on and off at me and honked like hell and I just laughed and took off. He slowed way down too for some odd reason...fucker.
