It wasn't an IE popup so much as a windows one.</p>
<p dir="auto">I'll assume you're using Windows XP.  To set it back tos omething normal:</p>
<p dir="auto">Start-&gt;Control Panel-&gt;Accessibility Options</p>
<p dir="auto">Go to the "Display" Tab.  Uncheck "use high contrast"</p>
<p dir="auto">Additionally, you may want to manually set the theme in XP using the "Display" control panel and the "Themes" tab.</p>
