<![CDATA[Cheap computer?]]>Any good places to go for a cheap computer that will still work fine?

My bro has a dell thats 3 years old that he offered to sell me, but I can't get the damn thing to work. It has a virus, and I can't get it to reformat.

$300-$400?

I don't need it for gaming, I just need it to surf the net, download music, burn cds maybe dvd's, write resumes/reports.

Any ideas?

even that 512 will be fine for what you want... but the extra ram will make it faster
