Game is fun it's a GTA pretty much for 360 if people are wondering bout it, played it for about 3-5 hours and then put it in it's case and haven't played it since. Sell it to someone for 50$

Driving is mostly irrelevant in crackdown, since you can jump from building to building like you're in the Matrix (concrete even cracks under you when you land).

You can do any island / mission in any order you want in Crackdown.

Saint's Row is much more like GTA than Crackdown is.

I loved crackdown. I've beaten the game and it's a pretty good time. It's not that similar to GTA.. both are "sandbox" games where you can do what you want in a big virtual city.. but the similarities kind of stop there.
Bingo.

Because the Cartels and Los Muertos have absolutely nothing to do with being similar.

GTA and Crackdown are virtually the same game. You pretty much unlock all the islands as you complete the missions, cept just in crackdown you can build your player up to jump 100 stories or whatever.
