As a installer the way i feel about it is its like installing shitty coil overs. Just hate to do it sometimes refuse to do it because you know the results and dont wanna be part of it. I wouldn't say that core in internally finned because its not, its crammed full of honeycomb. There's no better feeling than being confident in your parts and not having to worry about it falling apart on you. Of course its better then stock but definatly not the best route to go. As some people like to say "you get what you pay for", and "buy it nice or but it twice". Seen that fall true so many times. Im suprised Kevin didn't have any input on this as far as cutting corners cuz i know back in the day he was constantly repairing his parts.
