Does anybody on here that has V1 want to sell me there hardwire kit if they are not using it? It comes with the unit when you buy it new.

K series don't fit very well in some Honda's. You have to cut the firewall in my crx to fit one in.

I always thought the Escape's were overpriced as a new vehicle. Seems everyone else agreed and they've come down to a very reasonable price used.

Most will take an AUX input (can always get an RCA to AUX cable for CHEAP) which should work for what you want Tony. Otherwise, I'd suggest an entry level DVD player as the cheapest way to get RCA inputs.
