Nope not at all like flitz.... We use a special chemical , then wet sand with 800, 1000, 1500, 2500, sand paper then we use a special plastic polish ...

Air brush the area with missing paint then wet sand and buff...
Get paint touch up and with a tooth pick blob the area with missing paint and then wet sand and buff the paint..
