I have had problems with cops twice.
The first time i got pulled over for going 60 in 35 in Breckinridge, i got a ticket and i cocked off to him and he treaten to raise the speeding ticket to a higher fee!!!
Second time i was speeding at 1 am in the morning driving through wisconsin to michigan, i got pulled over going 70 in a 55, the cop told me if he gave me a ticket i would have to pay it now or go to jail!!!! Very wierd he let me go. But what happened next what really got me. I drove away and he turned off a side road. But in about ten minutes he was behind me again following me. So i pulled off to the next town and he left me alone.
You do realize that in Wisconsin you ARE required to pay the ticket on spot or go to jail right? They basically set it up as "bail" rather than a ticket. They are able to process credit cards on the road as well. If you speed in Wisconsin, you deserve a ticket, everyone knows that.
Also, based on the ticket you were given, you ALSO realize that cops generally have discretion to lower the ticket to whatever range they feel like giving you. They just write the ticket as the lower speed, so you cocking off is retarded. It's one thing to be a dick when you are definitely in the right, but you broke the law in both cases, you have NO leg to stand on legally. Don't think the cops don't realize that...if you aren't careful how you act they can make things A LOT worse for you.
