    The little wing does serve a purpose, It brings the airflow down further on the back of car thus increasing the functionability of the big wing by giving it more airflow to do what it's designed for, downforce and stability. That's my theory at least.

    sopranos was part of the link kirk posted. and how is sopranos an insult? by the way it was used in the link it is actually the guys name. (Soprano'sTurboIS300.wmv) <-- as in some guy named Soprano owns a turbo is300.
