Anyone know what a typical pad replacement job would cost? Or know of someone who can do it for fairly cheap?

    TIA,
    Paul

it really depends on alot of factors. depending on the year of the vehicl and what it is, you might want to opt for a better quality pad like a 'import quiet" from Bendix, since they seem to work better on imports that I've installed them on. Then it also depends on wether it needs a hardware kit, if the rotors needs turned, if the rotors need to be replaced.

but i'd say if its just the pads and turning the rotors your looking at around 100 bucks pretty easy.

Most shops do front brake jobs for about $100, includes midgrade pads and turning rotors (if they can be). If you want a decent pad slap, I can hook you up with a decent deal (on the side) one of these nights. Economy, midgrade, or high end ceramic, whatever you want. Let me know Year, Make, and Model, plus engine size and if you have rear disc brakes (like most imports do now) and Ill get back to you tomorrow on pad costs.
