black supra sighting

It was parked on 1st north and 5th ave. It had mn plates.
Is this Scheel's supra?

I honestly couldn't tell you if it was turbo or not. I don't know how to tell the differences. I just drove past it a few different times but wasn't looking at the interior.

Scheel's does have a "Scheels" plate frame that is black and yellow.
