    On occasion when I give it half throttle or so the engine "hesitates" for a moment and then picks back up again. Feels like something akin to the AC compressor turning on. Coils were changed about 10k or so ago (coil on plug ignition) so I don't think thats the problem. Any suggestions?

      I should add it occurs at about 2k usually in 3rd/4th

        any codes?
        Check to see if the pulse wheel is secured to the crank harmonic balancer.

              Thats the coils, doesn't mention anything about the spark plugs.

                replaced plugs today, we'll see what that does
