So I was at a party that got busted up by NDSU and the people I rode up with got sent to Jail since they were from Mankato and nobody else was around to give me a ride so I just got to walk home from NDSU....I live in southeast Moorhead (Village Green Golf Course). GAhhhhh

Sooo, how was the walk?

No I was lucky, they didn't hand out any minors. One retard is the only reason we got tickets...they were orginally going to be issuing only citations to people who were out of their mind intoxicated, but he cocked off to them and they said "well thanks to this kid, everyone here is getting a ticket now"

Ahh haha the party made the news
Fargo police cite 54 at loud party Saturday

Timing is everything, and if you want to have a loud party in Fargo, don’t crank it up when the police change shifts. It probably would help not to break any windows while trying to get away, either.
Fifty-four people were cited for noisy party or gathering Saturday night at 1019 9th Ave. S., police reported.
Police were called to the scene about 11:10 on a citizen complaint. When they arrived, several people fled on foot and some partygoers inside the residence broke windows trying to flee, police Sgt. Mathew Sanders said Sunday.
Most of those arrested ranged in age from 18 to early 20s, with 22 of them coming from nearby North Dakota State University, Sanders said. No one was reported injured, he said.
“Anytime we have a loud party of this size and the lack of cooperation we had, we have no option but enforcement,” Sanders said. “The night shift was coming on, and we had the manpower.”
I guess like 5-10 people running and being roudy calls for them to say the partygoers displayed "lack of cooperation" when really I think 40 people were very civil about it and handed over ID's and waited for their name to be called. Kinda stupid that they make it sound like everyone was being total d-bags when it was really just a few bad apples. Also I think they made a fairly decent mistake that could cost them possibly...
I went there with some friends, 5 (3 guys, 2 girls)went to Mankato, 3 of those originally lived in Moorhead. The 2 girls got let go no questions asked, and all 3 guys were arrested because, as the cops said, something like "since they're from out of state and not a tri-college campus they can't sign their tickets" or some bullshit like that. So explain to me, besides the fact that the girls were good looking, why that policy didn't apply to everyone? On top of that, one of the guys that was arrested and put in jail hadn't even been drinking! Stupid if you ask me...
