already lifting weights with only my right arm to prepare y0...lol i totally havnt done anything athletic for a year...and dam it shows...kinda depressing. it's not the fact that i'm fatter...its the fact that now my honduh is slower because i'm fatter that's depressing...AAAAHHHH NEED WEIGHT REDUCTION
