man that was the sweetes damn car ive ever driven. i drove a 99 C5 convert and a 94 Z28 for awhile, and the GTO was ages ahead of those cars. one road trip back from TX i averaged 82mph including gas stops and still got a 20.5MPG average. used to cruise the kansas turnpike at 1-5 am with the cruise set at 130, quiet and comfortable as could be. speaking of that, the interior of a GTO is one of the most comfortable ive ever driven in. Did 18 hours straight with nothing but gas stops 4 different times and never a backache or sore ass.
Bad things were that it wasnt too good in the snow, but i had summer tires on it and they were bald. also the back seat is a bitch to get into if your any decent size, but i had a car seat back there and its no prob for the kids. stock radio sucked too. thats all i can think of.

The GN looks very nice, well taken care of, points to you for keeping it alive and well.

So you would think about getting another one? Was yours an auto or manual? The prices on these are really going down. Maybe I can get one of these....

i would love to get another one, but i started school and after i moved back here it wasnt practical really. i had a 6 speed. it was sweet, but i personally think manuals are uber gay. the auto is much much faster and easier to drive, specially at the track.
