Good reason to have an autostart/alarm like compustar

I had the compustar SS in my eclipse and it still got broken into.

Wow, Something like that Happended to me like a week ago. Someone egged my car And Slashed one of my tires. Had to pay like $150. That really sucked. I hate the bastards who did it. Only if I had my alarm installed at the time.

I'm looking for an alarm, 2-way remote (pager or whatever) keyless entry, that's about it. I know with the 2-way deal it is easier to go with an autostart but would rather not have one (car is a 5-spd, and I have underground parking) but willing to go with an autostart just to have the 2-way feature.
