I really enjoyed Y West just south of Target. Very decently priced (only $33 a month for 24 and under) and signup fee is only $25. If i still went there, id get a $25 bonus for refering you. But Ill be rejoining in the spring.

I go to NDSU and I can lift for free at the wellness center there. If you go to any of the local colleges I believe you can lift there for free but I don't know whether or not you're going to school so it's not much help if you don't...

anytime fitness is cheap, i have a membership there, they have a couple different locations too

...k? anyone have anything positive to add to this?I can honestly say that i probably spend more time in a gym every week then anybody on these boards. I've join/worked out at almost every gym in Fargo/Moorhead. I have had a membership At the YMCA for the last 2 years and I lift primarily at the West Location everyday . For your needs (price, location) including finding someone to lift/exercise with, I would choose the YMCA West.
It's never as busy as the Wellness Center, has the nicest equipment hands down, and gives you more options (free-weights/Hammerstrength/cardio/basketball/raquetball/swimming) then any other gym in town. I pay 32$ a month and it's well worth it.
Ask Bryce or listen to Ryan, nothing beats the Y.

P.S. If you join you should put me down as your Referer :icon_thumleft:

^^ Compare it to the wellness center at NDSU once the construction/addition is completed.
