Yeah, like I said, I am almost positive that the V710 did not support OBEX at all, only the dial up gateway and the headsets. The E815 was the first phone to support OBEX but it doesn't do OPP.
On another note, it looks like Verizon is locking out OBEX on all of their new phones. The RAZR V3m needs to be flashed back to V3c firmware to use the OBEX but they you loose the transflash functionality
