Id say the evidence is pretty decent. What are the odds that within the past week we'd have 4000x more evo threads and evo 8 owners? On top of his location I think the fact that they're both from qwest from fargo w/ dynamic IP's is good enough. I guess if he's back under that account and wants to play nice I don't care but if he starts acting up I say shoot both on the spot.
