Anybody with a South Dakota or Aberdeen IP that isn't Andy (dynotune) or anyone else that didn't just join within the past month has to ask Jim's permission to be unbanned and be a member here. Yay or Nay?

I'm saying that if you're from South Dakota you start out banned and need to be unbanned by Jim in order to be a member here. South Dakota residence are slowly proving they should prove that they will positively contribute here before we let them post...guilty until proven innocent for them.

i say ban the dousches who dont contribute anything positive in the first place and yes, they must ask admins to rejoin. we have banned many others in the past for far less, and far more. this was just a plan waste of site space to prove nothing imho.
