Quite honestly you guys should lay off. I know I have stated this before; but even considering I am the grammar nazi, I do believe it is a bit personal to insult someone's intelligence to the level that (some) of you people do. He obviously stated the fact that he was homeschooled, and that this choice of education was not his decision. Whatever the reason may be, it is not our business. He came on here to relate with you people with the same passion that you all share, cars. He didn't come here to be belittled, insulted, or degraded because of his educational background. He also obviously has other trade skills that other people cannot perform. I scored a 32 on my ACT (which is pretty good) and have always, always performed well on apptitude testing, but if you put me behind the motor of a chevy 350, or any motor for that matter, and tell me to start tearing it apart. It won't happen, or if it does, it sure as hell will not be running again.
All in all, what I'm saying is, I believe sometimes you people get way to personal and forget the fact that sometimes people do take what you say seriously. Even you Kirk, earlier in a previous thread you implied the feeling of betrayl/hurt, albeit you stated later in that same thread you "didn't care anymore" no matter the fact is, that at one point you took it personally. The matter at hand was your sex life, which is personal, and shouldn't be brought up in public either to be humiliated publically, that is YOUR choice. The problem is that his education WASN'T his choice, it was decided for him, what else could he have done? Leave his family?
Maybe I'm too religious (remember Fargo Shanley Graduate) but try living life as you would want to be treated without passing judgement. As stated in the gospel Matt with the Sermon on the Mount...... (before I quote it, whether your religious or not- this is a great philiosophy of life on the way how one should be treated and how you should treat people in general)

Authors Note: I'm trying to memorize it, someone please correct me if we have any people whom are very knowledgable of the specific bible phrases.
Basically it states; those who are quick to condemn (obviously numerous people here on Fargostreet.com) feel superior to others. However, everyone at one point or time has done something wrong, or faced persecution (sinned) and know how it feels to be in the opposite shoes. It is only humane to stand up, be better, and not go down to that level.

I agree with you drake about not judging nova, it was a joke. But I do not give a damn about how good you did on the act. Do we care? No, so all in all thread closed. Sorry Nova.....EDIT: Thread opened at Nova's request.

LOL I've been there but at the time she was hot but the next mornig I tryed Nahing my arm off -
I didn't mean to glorify myself, but what I am stating is just because I had a formal education and did well in it, doesn't mean I can do things that Nova can do. He comes from a totally different, and unique background, I'm just trying to prove a point that just because your smart in books doesn't mean your smart in life. I don't consider myself really street smart at all, but that's all with the environment we grew up in. Sorry if it seemed like gloating, that was not the point at all.
