Bruce Quik.....he'll Cost you a non refundable $5,000 deposit that your dad will have to pay for...and then after you take a lie detector test...and get charged innocent...people will still blame you because

"they know the real truth...they've seen the text messages"

right chuck?:icon_cheers:
-
give it up.....its old news.
-
And ethan i completely understand....i'm just stating that you cant get a ticket for something when no one was there to see what happened.
-
I understand your attorney is good.
-
I did see the text message (right before Perfect 10 2005), shortly after you were initially charged.
-
Right
-
You are as innocent as OJ in MY opinion
-
Sure you can, thats like saying if you hit and kill a pedestrian and noone sees it, but there is a dent in your car and blood on your car that you can't be found guilty....enough of the analogies, if you hit a pole you were either driving beyond your control or intentionally aiming for it....both of which are subject to a ticket or fine, personally, I'd rather have the driving beyond my control ticket, the other would be vandalizing and may carry a stiffer fine.
-
You will still pay for the comment you made about my kid during our last argument.
-
-
your #4 doesnt go together...but im glad you think that.
your analogy there is a totally different scenario..but okay sure you win!
how much am i going to be paying for the kid comment?

hmm anybody know where it will be super expensive to get appraised? the insurance company has to send out an agent anyways to appraise the damage on the car.

Get a bunch of quotes. You only have to show your insurance company one.
BTW: what was you quote so far? Is there frame damage?
-
i cant bring my car anywhere else cause im in Chicago. The one guy at larrys said the damage was 5000 the only damage as far as mechanical was the possibility of a wheel alignment from going over the curb.
-
so your saying that your car is with you in chicago? if it is still here, isn't there a way for your parents to bring it to a few places for you?
-
Northwest auto charged me 1350 just to get my fender bender dent out of my door. Small dent with a little paint trading. May want to look there. Just drive up to the estimates door and they open it, you go right in and it takes maybe 15 min. Quick and painless.
-
I mean I am at the University of Chicago. My car is left in Moorhead. My dad is in Maryland working so nobody in my family knows how to drive the car. Also, the insurance guys are coming friday, so I dont know what to do.
-
I mean I cant bring my car personally to any other places unless one of you guys want to! I had to bring it to places and talk to my insurance company before I left January second to catch my plane. (since nothing was open december 31st and January 1st). Anyways if nothing can be done, Ryan, do you know where i can get a itr front lip?
-
help with finding shops? or the front lip.
-
I would get someone to bring it in for you to an expensive shop, cuz if insurance is paying out, you never want to go to the cheap shops or one where you are getting a good deal for the estimates.
As far as minnesota goes, i put the arraignment off once or twice for school, then i showed up and pled not guilty, then delayed it as much as i could. Then i made a plea agreement to change it to a lesser charge that wouldn't affect my driving record. They sent me the plea agreement and it was still for the higher amount but the lesser charge and the plea made me sound guilty and i didn't like it so i sent it back to change the wording and amount of fine. I never got anything back and that was over a year ago and i haven't gotten anything else and ive been pulled over with no warrant or anything.
-
Thanks man, but you dont have to. I think ill just stick with the car...if my insurance company deems it fixable. Well find out tommorrow.
Thanks again
