If you have the title free and clear you will get a check in your name, if a bank is on the title, the check will most likely be issued to the bodyshop or maybe the bank.

As for the ITR parts, there are several places online to find them. Check out ClubRSX for some stores. Search in the JDM section for stores and you find a whole lotta listed ones. If you find one and want to know their credibility, just ask me. Otherwise, you shouldn't have much of a problem finding them.
http://www.jdmland.com/ ---these guys are among the best for showing what is available easily, but can be very pricey. You might be better off finding some used DC5 ITR parts on ClubRSX. There is always someone on there selling something.
