A 29-year-old West Fargo man convicted of gross sexual imposition in Cass County District Court in 2001 now faces similar charges in Clay County District Court.Courtney Robert Pfeifle, 331 8th St. W., is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct for driving a 15-year-old girl to a remote location and raping her.
Pfeifle told the girl if she did not have sex with him he would make her walk home, according to court documents.
The 2001 conviction involved a 14-year-old girl who was among five girls Pfeifle drove to a gravel road near Casselton to play truth or dare.
