Here's the exact mirrors I got. I had to get the universal ones and a seperate carbon fiber plate to cut my own adapters with because they don't make them for the accord any more.

Don't paint them. All of the colors you listed look terribly out of place on the car.

Leave it, but if u must paint it, the center or maybe even the lip painted the body color would look pretty good.

I'd say leave them how they are but if you want to paint them, color match the lip to your car.
