I remember back in 2001-2003 ish, a lot of the Apt.'s I lived in seemed rather cheap.. Went back to price them out again and I swear they've gone up $100 or so..

And hello potential law suit. That could easily be (at a minimum) a building code violation along with potential health hazard and not to mention vandalism. Just because you rent it, doesn't mean you have the right to destroy it.

anywho, i know it was around $375 for a 2 bdrm with a garage in a safe neighborhood a few years ago...that was including all utilites except electricity. I think if you signed a year contract you also got the first month free.

And that is why you will never own anything nice in your life.... if you think $400/m is to much you are in for a lil surprise when you move out of your parents house if you ever move out.....:icon_thumright:

My apartment in Minneapolis was $2100 a month for a 3 bedroom with a 1 stall garage. Believe me, living here is CHEAP!

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

if you can find a 2 bedroom that is decent for 435 or so that's cheap... they are usually for 500 about and 1 bedrooms are usually just as expensive cause people want them and pay for them
