I would....Skylines are hard to come by...Also, the company that shipped it to you, either should have offered insurance on the vehicle, or they should have just given the insurance on it to you. I say sue them, get the damage fixed, then have enough left over to mod it a little...Granted they are pretty fast stock...

you havent said shit on any other forums like sportcompactz, or siouxfallsracing about your car, i can pretty much guarentee that anyone who buys a skyline is going to say on the site that they bought one because its a pretty big deal, and also you havent said anyone on either of those forums abuot your crushed quaters..
