yes and yes...whats your offer on the block?...its a bare h22 block with an oil pan pretty much.

the shell is already converted...so no lol

I'm not 100% sure about what happend, but I believe the bearings went, and the crank, rods, pistons were out of it when i acquired it...I'd like to get at least $150 for it.
