was the license plate RSXTACY? If so I was just going to make a who was that thread about him. I saw him today on 45th going over the bridge. A tiburon with dual fartcans drove by on the other side of 45th and he laughed and shook his head and mouthed the words "Fucking Ricer" I told him he had a nice car and he shrugged it off.
