Riced out Black Celica

Yesterday on 8th street in moorhead, their was a black 90's riced out celica. Had a huge wing a crazy body kit, big wheels with rubber band tires, and a really loud exhaust. It was a crazy lookin car and was driving like a idiot by Concordia during 5 o' clock traffic.

i was going to put this up the other day. He got on it pretty good and the car is running pretty rich. Rims need a differant offset.

Mek's car has a wing and exhaust and a few other minor things last time i saw it, i doubt he put a bodykit and rims on it, he always said he wanted to sell it and get sumthing different

It mite be a kid from park rapids......the kit wasnt painted last time i saw it but that was a long time ago. He swapped in a turbod jdm motor but they couldnt get it to run right and he couldnt take it over 5000 rpms.

Edit, Yeah im sure that it was him cuz i just found out that he goes to concordia in Moorhead.
