Eibach 3g?

I know someone has to know who this is or what the deal is with this car. It's a silver 3g eclipse with giant eibach springs logos plastered all over it. It's been around forever but I've never known what the deal was. They win the car? Just a big eibach fan? Some bosnian trying to look cool?

I think it resides in west fargo in the apartments across the street from KFC and Menards on 13th. It seems like it is always parked there.....it really is an eye sore.

But yeah its been around for awhile also they dont know how to drive. They jus about smashed into me 2 summers ago, and its hell of an i sore!
