How do you guys keep them from moving around, and staying put.

I'm building one with two 8's, and was wondering what a good way is to keep it put in my trunk (The regal). I was thinking about using velcro, because for the most part they stay put, the velcro would just help a bit...

I think alot of people drill them in to that board that covers up the spare tire...

In my old talon, it rolled around alot (1, 12")... but in the BMW the box was big enough where it was nearly impossible to move (2 12")...

I either mold the box to the car or I bolt it to the chassis (either through bottom of box or w/ L-Brackets like John mentioned)

another quick and cheaper way is to get some of those waffle grill protector clamp deals and put them at the 4 corners... or industrial size velcro pads work real well too depending on the driving your going to do...

but i mean if your going to auto x the car take the thing out anyways

Insurance is also more likely to cover the speakers and box if it is bolted to the vehicle.

Can also make the box so that when your trunk closes the arms attached to the trunklid hold the box in place. But I'm guessing your trunk is huge in that car and the box would have to be way too big.

                    One time...
