I had a meeting with some people today... Looks like we will have a few events in the FGO after all... I had to do some date juggling.. nothing conflicts with any other events that are of much concern. No Drags, no big shows, no excuses.
West Fargo Fairgrounds.
3 dates.
June 2nd
July 21st
Oct 6th

cool....i live right over the the fairgrounds and was gonna tell shane to try setting them up there.... i see police cars out there all the time practicing driving around cones..
it's pretty tore up though...owell.

Shit, its good its all torn up. Chip and sealed parking lots and hard driving FTL! I do not feel like ruining my tires on that shit. remember the fargodome auto-x. I remember alot of people that ruined tires there, like they look like they just decided to chip and seal the tires on the cars. I will have to make a trip out there to check out the pavement since the last time I was over there.
Anyone going to race to watch the porsche club out there tommorow? there is lots in town for it. be intresting to see how they like the parking lot.
Not trying to demote the events or anything, I mean its good to have these events. Damn Fargo and all there damn chip and sealed shit.

i stoper out there to day to check it out and i went for a ride with Jeremy in his wrx and the lot didnt seem to fall apart like the fargodome. but who know what it would be like with more then 15 cars and a warm day out

alot of loose dirt though as there were dirt clouds on a couple corners.
check the SCCA national site or the badlands region for more info on rules and such.
i do seem to remember needing a signature but not 100% sure.Monty

yeah i raced the pca event. if you are under 18 you need both parents signatures and 1 parent present but they are not to strict on the parents being there. i don't know the scca rules but prob. similar. and yeah the pavment sucks. i couldn't keep my car staight. lots of fun!!!
