Paid for a motor and tranny a month ago from someone on this board. Was told I would have it by the end of this week. PM and left voicemails for said person and have heard nothing. WHERE THE FUCKS MY MOTOR?!?!?!?!? You know who you are.

Dude that sucks. Hope things work out for ya though. I've been screwed on a deal for a motor back when i was in highschool. Definately makes more cautious about the people you deal with.
Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall
Torque is how far you take the wall with you -

I have tried to work things out. I have PMed him and called him. I was told last wensday that I would have it by the weekend. I don't want to take it to small claims but I would like to get my car going sometime this summer. To me it just seems like I keep getting the run around from him and im not very happy about it.

If he can not deliver the motor, especailly after a month, he should just give the $$$$ back.

well i have your money right here chris if you want it....
ohh and to let ppl know i was told he had no room for it and it wouldn't be a big deal to wait on pulling it... and that he would call me when he wanted it pulled.
well with all the stuff with me leaving bi and some other stuff i have had to deal with latly i have fallen behind on pulling it and geting the car to my house. now he paid $100 for a d15 motor and trans. a modified b16 intake manifold for the d series. a new clutch(im sure it was going with) axles and what ever else i had for the swap.
now he called about a week and a half ago asking if it could be pulled by wensday. well i didn't have time and forgot. then i said i could try and pull it by saterday... well i screwed up and didn't do it is this my fault YES....
i should not have taken the money up front. but i didn't antisepate the events that have happened...
so to chris i am sorry for the delay and i can have your money back to you asap... just let me know...
