Whattya think of it? Quite frankly, I think that we should keep our noses out of there. It sounds horrible, but it is not our problem and I think that we have no business being there.

There's no reason we should be world police. That's how we get in trouble and that's why so many countries hate us.

              Lol...

Theres more reason to be in Darfur then there is to be in Iraq... if you use the justification of the war iraq being to "free" the people and create a democratic nation (as we all know that sadam was not a threat to the US, and with all probability democracy will never work there), the humanitarian crisis there is far greater then any atrocities sadam may have done, but then again its Africa, and even the clinton administration had a history of turning a blind eye to problems there (perhaps becuase there is rarely a solution that can be found).

I think its kind of funny how Iran and N. Korea (the two greatest threats to the US and its interests, besides perhaps russia/china) just sort of were brushed away on the whole axis of evil bullshit bush created... again perhaps there was no "good" solution to either.

If you use the mentality that we shouldn't be the world police and have no business being in darfur, you have to pose the question do we have any business in iraq... or the middle east itself (conflict dating farther back then history records)...

However, I do feel that most people will agree, on the whole, America's presence around the world is rarely done with the facade of intent used as justifications for being anywhere, but more to the benift of individuals who control the power and to their personal gain.
