because a 1GB CF card only holds about 240 pictures and I usually shoot well in excess of 800.

just got back 14.691 at 92mph. i was glad to get into the 14's. it's slow but for my first time i thought it was pretty good and it was fun

discovered i suck at the track. cant launch worth shit. 3 sec 60foot times dont lead to great 1/4 mile times. i think i like racing on the street better. haha

i should have. haha it would have been faster. yeah i need to learn how to launch my car. shane from tintmasters was trying to give me types but i am just not that good at it yet. i got a bit better as the day went on . i had one really good launch after i killed it at the line (embarresed:icon_colors: ) so i got mad and launched it perfect after that. i ran a 17.5 after killing the motor it on the launch. haha.

I ran something like 18.5 in travis's bone stock 91 dx dual point...it's slow but still good to practice reaction and stuff with. Hoping to run the crx next time depending on if my motor gets done.

I was on call this weekend, so I couldn't make it. What kind of spectator and car count was there? Did any 10 sec, 9 sec etc cars show up?

Phase 1 of the new setup is done.....car is resting until I do phase 2 (built 2.65 liter) & 3 (still a secret)...hopefully by end of summer.

yeah there was a corvette in i think the 10's but he was letting off it sounded like. most of the bikes were in the 9's and 10's i think. and it looked like 30-40 cars were there. it was my first time ever being to the track and i was impressed by the track and all the people. and there was a 3/4 ton dodge diesel running 15's or lower and i got a ride in that down the track. that was sweet!

That dodge should have been WAY faster for what he had done to it. who's dsm was broke at the end of the track on the return path? and who lost a belt?
