June 17th - Fergus Falls Car Show

Sunday June 17th. Registration from 9-11, show starting at 11, burnout contest at 1. Admission = FREE. Showing = FREE.
I found out that there will be a car show at the Advanced Autoparts in Fergus Falls on the 17th. I dont know all the details yet, but will find out when I go home tonight, I know they're supposed to have a burnout contest again. It would be great if some of you guys could come down with your cars. Fergus is pretty much all a bunch of ricers and import bashing hicks, and it would be great to show the town what some real imports are and not just some fart canned or riced out cars. I know we had a couple nice cars there last year, Wes's miata, Tony's Z, and Slickwillie's (Kyle) RX-7, but we could use a bunch more. Fergus is only bout 45min SE of Fargo on I-94, If you need directions or more info just lmk. So far i'll be there if I can get it off work, and Josh will most likely be there with his RHD coupe and hopefully the hatch if it can get done. It'd be nice to get some good cars at the burnout too, last year Josh blew his tires off the hatch (see his avatar for the pic), and still lost to a POS 71 Buick gsx clone that spun them for like 20 seconds. More people the better, I would like to show the town what some nice imports are and hopefully inspire some people and steer them away from being ricers.

while i do not have a car worthy of a show i do love car shows.
will have to note it and see what i end up doing. as a friend is getting married in fargo on the 16th. so we will see.Monty

More info added in the first post. It's free to get in and free to show. If anyone's intrested in meeting up and cruising down there Sunday morning let me know. I know Josh will be having the RHD Eg brought out, if I can make it i'll throw mine in there to keep it company. The more imports, or any car, that can show up the better. Is anyone else here planning on going?
