Frickin 18/20I don't think it's the presidents ability to "declare" war, but your right about him being able to take military action for a certain amount of time before governing body can stop him.

Probably the trickiest one was knowing the 1787 date for the constitution, and then knowng which amendment didn't deal with voting rights (although that one you could make a reasonable guess at, since voting rights seems like an odd thing to show up in the bill of rights)
What's the point in making it hard to become a citizen when non-citizens get all of the government entitlement benefits anyway?
Our immigration policies are ridiculous. Brilliant technology guys from india, china, or whereever have to go through fits to get here on H1-B visas, but if you don't mind breaking the law then its no problem to get here, stay here, and collect partial benefits?
When you making doing the wrong thing easier than doing the right thing, of course people are going to do the wrong thing. Go visit Ellis Island and the Statue of liberty some time.. that's when we had a kick-ass immigration system in this country.. visiting really made me happy to be American.. and really upset me to think that that was about 100 years ago.. and how far we've fallen since.
